Atlantic Point It is a luxury tourism project located in Gaspar Hernández, Espaillat province, Designed to integrate pristine beaches, mountains, and La Yagua Lagoon within a sustainable, high-end concept, the development includes over seven thousand rooms distributed among villas, apartments, and hotels, organized in two phases.
The project includes the main infrastructure: a beach club, hotels, recreational areas, commercial zones, a golf course, road access, and the first residential complexes. It will also feature villas around the lagoon, a wellness center, mountain apartments, additional recreational areas, and a second helipad.
Overall, Punta del Atlántico seeks to harmonize beach and mountain tourism, boost the local economy, and maintain a sustainable and exclusive approach.
